Abstract

In this paper, a biosensor based on ion sensitive field effect transistor is has simulated to measurement the Sodium Ions concentration in Sweat. Due to the being of sodium ions in the structure of Sweat, is is designed a ISFET sensor the sensitive to sodium ions. Also, by simulating the ISFET sensor in the comsol software environment, is is investigated current-voltage graph in different modes. According to the simulation results, by increasing the concentration of sodium ions, decreases the threshold voltage and is established a faster current. In addition, with increasing the sodium concentration, the decreases of pH and this cause increases the current.
