The Lorentzian Heisenberg group H3 accepts three kinds of left-invariant Lorentzian met- rics g1, g2 and g3. They are not isometric to each other. In this paper, We consider the left-invariant Lorentzian metric g1. We obtain a full classi cation of Ricci collineations and matter collineations of Heisenberg group H3.
