Telemedicine is a platform in which health services are provided to individuals over the communication structures. In this platform, the primary care doctor receives the initial symptoms of patients, and then sends them through a predetermined telecommunication structure to the treating physician or medical consultant for prescription. Obviously, it is difficult for a physician to review all reports and then send back the appropriate diagnosis. This slows down the process and reduces the accuracy of the diagnosis. Reports are aggregated and the efficiency of treatment is greatly reduced. These issues highlight the need for developing efficient and automatic patients' reports clustering systems.
