In this paper, we first consider a broad class of nonlinear mappings [4] containing the class of ($\alpha$, $\beta$)-generalized hybrid mappings [2] in a Hilbert space. Then, we prove a mean ergodic theorem of Baillon type [1] for nonlinear mappings in Hilbert spaces.
