In this investigation, neodymium zirconate nanostructures prepared through an easy chemical pathway by applying new fuel. The role of some preparation parameters was evaluated to reach optimum condition. Findings of this work illustrate that size and shape of the neodymium zirconate could be substantially influenced by these parameters. The as-fabricated neodymium zirconate nanostructures were characterized with the aid of FESEM, EDS, FT-IR and XRD. According to the findings, it was found that usage of this fuel can be convenient choice for fabrication of neodymium zirconate nanostructures with very uniform spherical shape. Also, the catalytic performance of neodymium zirconate was investigated in the propane selective catalytic reduction of NOx (propane-SCR-NOx).
