Abstract

In many countries around the world fossil fuels are used as the main fuel in motor vehicles, leading to carbon emissions, rising global temperatures and climate change. This practice has led many developing countries to act on replacing these fuels with clean fuels such as electricity and hydrogen, so the lack of use of internal combustion engines in cars is considered an effective function with a green attitude for it. So, this article examines the impact of replacing electric and hybrid cars with fossil fuel cars on fuel consumption and environmental pollution, as well as the structure of their energy storage systems, and also tries to mention the process of charging and discharging electric cars ' batteries, and finally, we will evaluate the economy of these types of cars.
