In this investigation, nano cerium copper oxide-based ceramic nanostructurs were prepared through a novel and facile pathway. To find the optimal conditions for the fabrication of nanopowders, the effect of some preparation parameters was investigated. The results of this study displayed that the size and morphology of cerium copper oxide-based ceramic nanostructure were significantly affected by the studied parameters. The as-produced cerium copper oxide-based ceramic nanostructure were characterized by FT-IR, FESEM, EDS and XRD. The obtained outcomes illustrated that with the aid of this new procedure can be created cerium copper oxide-based ceramic nanostructures with relatively good uniformity. Moreover, the photocatalyst activity of as-prepared cerium copper oxide-based ceramic nanostructure was examined by removal of the organic pollution under visible light.
