By adopting the rail-to-rail folded cascode
input stage that is based on a new method for produce a constant trans-
conductance (gm) and the push-pull output stage, the designed two-stage
amplifier achieves well performance such as the output swing and the Slew Rate
(SR). The two-stage trans-conductance amplifier has been designed in a standard
180 nm CMOS technology and is simulated using a 1.5-V power supply. Simulation
results show that the designed two-stage amplifier achieved a gain-bandwidth
(GBW) of about 7.1MHz, power consumption of 351 μw, CMRR of 79.5dB with 51
degree phase margin.
